Which snowboard suits me - goofy or regular?
Before you make your first turns on the snow with your board, you should know whether you are riding “regular” or “goofy”. This means: Are you standing with your left foot in front (regular) or with your right foot in front (goofy)?
A little test will help: stand in a relaxed position and allow yourself to be pushed forward slightly. The foot with which you automatically move forward is usually your leading foot.
Regular: Left foot in front – the most common variant.
Goofy: Right foot in front – just as correct, only less common.
